Zamas bungalows and their Que Fresco restaurant are on the beach in Tulum, with great food and comfortable thatched roof bungalows for that authentic tropical Caribbean feeling.

The bungalows have porches and comfortable beds and are available for double or triple occupancy. The bathrooms have colorful tile and are attractive. Mexican hamacas (hammocks) are provided for your comfort with every bungalow. A little hamaca siesta is a great way to pass the afternoon. These are some of the finest palapa style accommodations in Tulum. Zamas also has a couple two story ocean view casas with great second floor views and only the road between the casa and the beach. The breezes are wonderful and there is nothing to block the magnificent view of the Caribbean. Zama's Que Fresco restaurant is adjacent to the bungalows and about 100 meters from the casas, right on the beach. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and they have a fully stocked bar. The food is delicious often featuring fresh seafood and Mexican specialties expertly prepared. Great atmosphere here! This is one of our favorite spots in the Tulum area and is also very conveniently located to the ruins of Tulum and Coba, the Pueblo of Tulum and the area freshwater cenotes. Just down the road is the Sian Kaan Biosphere Reserve (the road to Boca Paila and Punta Allen), and nearby Zamas are any number of wide sandy beaches and beach bar/restaurants for your enjoyment. Meanwhile, a beautiful sandy beach is right at your doorstep. Perfect for swimming, clothing optional sunbathing or just lounging under some shade.
