Carlitos is built into the hill below Casa Carlos, on the steps leading to the beach. Carlitos is a one-bedroom apartment with a combined living room/ kitchen that opens onto a small patio overlooking the beach. The bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bath. This casita works well for a couple or as an added bedroom for those renting one of the other houses on the property.
Carlitos was built in 2000 and has a kitchenette, living room, bedroom (Queen), bath and small patio. It was built to accommodate those who do not need a full sized house OR as an additional bedroom for those renting one of the other houses on the property. It is very comfortable and has a lovely view of the ocean.
