Casa Botellas (House of bottles) This house was remodeled in 1999 and sits lower on the hillside than the other houses. It is accessed by the beach road and is a perfect choice for people with small children. The patio is large and the walk to the beach is short. The home has two bedrooms with King-sized beds, and two bathrooms. The open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and patio, lend themselves to entertaining. Each room and patio has a lovely view of the beach and village life.
The feeling of our house is casual and airy with large folding doors that open to an expansive patio. On the patio, you can spend hours relaxing in the hammock, watching the busy beach life or admiring the pelicans diving for fish. If you feel like taking a swim in the ocean, it’s just steps away and the walk to the village takes just a few minutes. The interior of the house is very comfortable with two bedrooms upstairs, both with king size beds, one bath upstairs and one bath on the main level. The kitchen is open and inviting and stocked with all the essential cookware if you feel like being a cook. It is a great family house or perfect for a group of friends as it has just the right combination of proximity and privacy.
