Casa Carlos was the first house built on the property in 1974 and was completely rebuilt in 2000. This two-story house is the largest on the property. It has two bedrooms and two baths on the upper floor and one bedroom, one and one-half baths, living and dining rooms on the main floor. There is a large deck on the main level with access to the beach steps. The entire house is screened and is beautifully finished.
Casa Carlos is a dramatic house with expansive patios to enjoy the breathtaking view. This house has a birds-eye view of the beach, fishing boats and surfers. Entirely rebuilt in 2000, Casa Carlos is architecturally unique and beautifully detailed. There are two bedrooms and two baths on the upper floor, both with balconies. The largest bedroom has a King-size bed and the other has a queen-size bed. The lower level has another bedroom with twin beds and a bath. This bedroom has double doors opening to a private patio. Casa Carlos has a formal dining room and a living room with bar. This home accommodates six people with lots of indoor and outdoor living space.
