Casa Viviana is one of the two houses located closest to the beach next to the pool. The house has an expansive patio, partially covered by a Palapa roof, under which is a large outdoor living and dining area. It’s the perfect place to enjoy all the activity from the comfort of a large well-padded chair or hammock. The house has two bedrooms (one King and one Queen bed), each with a bath. Two can sleep on the couches in the living room if more space is needed. The kitchen is large and perfect for cooking up a feast (or for the maid to "cook up" if cooking is not your idea of a "vacation".
Casa Viviana is the house on the ocean front of the property on the right. You can't miss it's distinctively large Palapa roof that encloses a huge curved couch and dining room table. There are also large comfortable chairs, hammock and lounge chairs for long hours of relaxing and watching the world go by. The house has a large working kitchen and living room with a master bedroom with king size bed and bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bath. You will feel like royalty in this house!
