Ixtapan offers four different spa programs that include treatments, nutritional guidance, exercise regimens, lessons, and medical supervision. Four-, seven-, 21-, and 28-day packages are available, and guests can begin on any day.
The Classic Package is for guests seeking to lose weight, improve fitness, and receive beauty treatments.
The Relax Package is for de-stressing and includes yoga, shiatsu massage, and acupuncture.
The Sports Package features mountain biking and a series of intensive sports massages.
The Golf Package which must be purchased with one of the above packages includes Spa treatmants plus 18 holes of Golf green fees and cart.
Prices range from 4 day packages of about $535pp to 7 day packages for $1,075pp. Taxes are about 16% which are extra , and transfers from the Mexico City airport to the Spa round trip are $220 for a car which holds 4 persons.
A 21- or 28-day Vibrance Package allows guests to experience all of the above plus Spanish lessons. Spa facilities include whirlpools, sauna, steam room (with eucalyptus leaves), Swiss showers, solarium, beauty salon, gym, thermal mineral pool, and heated outdoor swimming pool. The selection of services ranges from soothing massages to rejuvenating facials.
