Sayulita Rental Houses Part 1
Los Delfines and Las Gemelas have built-in chairs in the yards, for watching sunsets and the beach. These pictures taken where the two yards meet, right above the beach.
La Casita is more rustic than the others, with two stories (all others are one) facing the beach, but is smaller and does not have a patio with palapa.
It has a master bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom, a combined living/kitchen/dining with comfy built-in couches, and a loft area upstairs (under a palapa roof) with built-ins serving as extra beds, another bathroom upstairs, and even an additional loft off the upstairs with sleeping mattresses. It is perfect for a couple with two or three kids.

Each house is availble for weekly rental, from 3pm Saturday to noon the following Saturday (we need time to clean thoroughly between guests)
Special arrival days can be requested, but may not be available due to prior or subsequent guests. Partial weeks or non-Saturday starts require extra $50 per day.
Reservation requires 50% of rent to save the week, then the other half at least 1 month prior to stay.
Daily maid service (except Sundays) is included in the price, though your $15-$20 tip at week's end is customary
