DAY 1 – TEL AVIV Upon arrival in Israel, you will be met by Ya’lla Tours USA’s representative and transferred to your Tel Aviv hotel for overnight.

Our hotel, HILTON TEL AVIV, is Tel Aviv’s most lavish hotel on the Tel Aviv sea front. It is a 10 minute walk from Tel Aviv’s business, shopping and cultural activities, and also a 20 minute walk to Old Jaffa with its archaeological sites, colorful markets, arts and crafts galleries and night life. The hotel has 600 rooms with all the latest amenities, outdoor pool and sun deck, health and beauty center, beauty parlor and salon, as well as 3 restaurants with a variety of cuisines for your dining pleasure.

DAY 2 – TEL AVIV Start your day with an orientation tour of Tel Aviv, the largest and most vibrant city in Israel. See the old city of Jaffa with its art galleries, the Habima theater, Dizengof Street and the campus of Tel Aviv University. Visit the Museum of the Diaspora and learn the “Jewish Story” in a very unique way. Visit the Eretz Israel Museum and see the ancient crafts and a magnificent collection of antique glass. Continue to Independence Hall where David Ben Gurion announced the establishment of the State of Israel. Return to your hotel for overnight.

DAY 3 – TIBERIAS Depart Tel Aviv and drive along the Mediterranean Coast to Caesarea the ancient Roman Capital of Palestine. Visit the Theater and the Aqueduct. Continue to Mount Carmel and the city of Haifa. Enjoy the panoramic views of the largest port of Israel and admire the magnificent Shrine of the Bahai. Visit the Naval and Clandestine Immigration Museum and learn about the formation of the only Hebrew Navy in the world.

Enjoy a falafel in a typical market of Haifa. Continue on to Acco for a visit to the Knight’s Halls, one of the most beautiful remains of the Crusade period, and the Prison where Jewish fighters were hanged by the British.

Cross the Galilee to Tiberias for overnight.

Our hotel in Tiberias, SHERATON MORIAH PLAZA is an excellent 5 star hotel, located in downtown Tiberias. A perfect place for a quiet moment of meditation or to enjoy the upbeat atmosphere of the promenade outside the hotel.

DAY 4 – TIBERIAS

Drive to Safed, ancient center for the study and practice of Kabbala. Visit the ancient synagogues and art galleries. Drive to Tel Hai and visit the site where Yoseph Trumpeldor lived and where he died in 1921, inspiring one of Israel’s greatest modern legends. Then on to Metula and the Good Fence, an active border between Israel and Lebanon. Continue to the Golan Heights and visit the Israeli/Syrian border. Drive to Katzrin, the only city in the Golan Heights, with its famous winery, Golan Wines. Return to Tiberias for overnight.

DAY 5 – DEAD SEA Drive to Beth Shean, one of Israel’s most ancient cities. In its 7,000 year history the Egyptian, Roman and Byzantine empires have laid claim to the site, attracted by abundant water, fertile soil and the situation at an important east west crossroads. Visit the ruins of the largest Roman city being excavated today. Continue along the Jordan Valley to the Bika Monument, a memorial to the Israeli soldiers who died in this area between 1967-1971. Drive via Jericho, the oldest city in the world, to the Dead Sea. Take advantage of a free afternoon to experience the therapeutic and invigorating Dead Sea mineral treatments offered at the hotel spa.

Our hotel, GOLDEN TULIP, is the Dead Sea’s newest and most deluxe hotel, opened in 1999. It has 300 rooms all with balconies overlooking the Dead Sea and its own luxurious spa facilities. This is a great place to relax and spoil yourself.

DAY 6 – DEAD SEA Drive to Masada. Take the cable car to the top of the rock and visit the roman palaces, store houses, synagogues and bath house which witnessed the Jewish resistance to the Romans approximately 2000 years ago. Descend by cable car and return to your hotel for a free afternoon to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Dead Sea. Overnight at your Dead Sea hotel.

DAY 7 – EILAT Drive through the Arava Valley to the southern part of Israel. Stop at Kibbutz Yotveta and try some of Israel’s most delicious dairy products (not included in the price). Then visit the Timna Valley and climb on King Solomon’s Pillars. Arrive in Eilat, one of Israel’s most well known resorts, for overnight.

Our hotel, HILTON QUEEN OF SHEBA, is one of Israel’s most deluxe and beautiful hotels, with a unique architectural style, providing its guests an atmosphere of comfort and simplicity. It is located directly on the beach on the shores of the Red Sea and within 5 minutes from downtown Eilat. It has great sport facilities, a spa, swimming pool and shopping bazaar.

DAY 8 – EILAT Drive to Taba and the Egyptian border. (You are welcome to cross the border and walk to the casino at the Hilton Hotel). Then visit the Underwater Observatory and see the wonderful flora and fauna of the Red Sea. The afternoon is free to enjoy the beach..

DAY 9 – JERUSALEM Drive through the spectacular Ramon Crater (Israel’s Grand Canyon). Arrive at Sde Boker and visit Ben Gurion’s Hut and Tomb. Continue to Hazerim and visit the Israeli Air Force Museum. Then climb the Judean Hills and arrive in Jerusalem for overnight.

Our hotel, Hilton Jerusalem, is Jerusalem’s newest deluxe hotel, open in January 1998. It is a beautiful, deluxe hotel, with spacious rooms and a great “Jerusalem” atmosphere. It is one of the favorites of the US State Department and is located near downtown Jerusalem, across from Jaffa Gate. It is near a small shopping mall. Rooms are spacious with marble floors and baths.

DAY 10 – JERUSALEM Drive to the Mount of Olives and enjoy a panoramic view of the most beautiful city in the world. Drive to Mount Zion and visit David’s Tomb. A walking tour in the Jewish Quarter of the old city includes the Burnt House, the Herodian Quarter, the Western Wall and the rarely visited Kotel excavations. Walk to the Citadel and visit the new Museum of the History of Jerusalem. Return to your bus and drive to Ammunition Hill for a visit to the bunkers conquered by the Israeli Army to liberate the city in 1967. In the evening, enjoy an Israeli folk show at the YMCA. Return to your hotel for overnight.

DAY 11 – JERUSALEM Drive to the J.F.K. Memorial. Plant a tree in the forest of Peace. Continue to Hadassah Hospital for a visit to the synagogue and its famous Chagal Windows. Continue to Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial for a visit with an Yizkor Service. Drive to Mount Herzl for a visit to the Military Cemetery and the tombs of Theodore Herzel, Golda Meir and Yitzhak Rabin. Then on to the Shrine of the Book to see the exhibition of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Visit the new Bible Land Museum with its large collection of Biblical antiquities. End the visit to Jerusalem at the Holyland Hotel and see a model of the city of 2000 years ago. Visit the Caprece Diamond Center, and see Israel’s largest export industry in action. Return to the hotel for overnight.

DAY 12 – JERUSALEM Drive to Kibbutz Zora for a visit and then join the Kibbutz residents for lunch in the dining room. Then on to the Avshalom Stalactite Cave, one of the best stalactite caves in the world despite its small size. Continue to the Latrun Junction for a visit to the Tank Memorial.

Return to Jerusalem via the Scroll of Fire Monument for overnight.

DAY 13 – JERUSALEM Free day in Jerusalem. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 14 – You will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
