Explore the cultural and natural highlights of Thailand on this tour from Bangkok up to the Golden Triangle. Travel by car or bus, boat and horse carriages to ancient temples, magnificent palaces and rural villages. From Chiang Mai, the “Rose of the North” take a night train back to Bangkok.

Day 1 : Arrival Bangkok Arrive at Bangkok International Airport. Welcome by our guide and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at hotel in Bangkok.
Day 2 : Bangkok (B) Breakfast at the hotel. Half Day City and Temples Tour(Join-in): Pick up from the hotel and drive through the center of Bangkok to visit three of the most gorgeous Buddhist temples in Bangkok. Wat Traimit with its impressive three-meter tall, 5 tons, solid gold Buddha image which gleams like no other gold artifact. Wat Pho, Bangkok's oldest and largest temple, which features the largest reclining Buddha and the Chedi of the kings. Wat Benchamabophit, the Marble Temple, a prime example of modern Thai architecture. After visiting the temples close off the tour with a shopping trip before returning to your hotel. Afternoon free at leisure. Accommodation at your hotel in Bangkok.
Day 3 : Depart Bangkok (B) Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from hotel to Bangkok International Airport.
Day 4 BANGKOK - PHITSANULOKE (L)
Pick up from your hotel in Bangkok to Bang-Pa-In to visit the magnificent of Bang-Pa-In Summer Palace. Proceed to Ayutthaya, the old capital of Siamese Kingdom to admire the ancient ruins of Wat Panan Choeng, Wat Yai Chai Mongkol and Wat Chai Wattanaram. Continue to Lopburi. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Lopburi. After lunch, visit San Phra Karn (the MonkeyTemple) and the Prang Sam Yod (the Three Spire Pagoda), the ancient Hindu Shrine in Khmer style architecture, a landmark of Lopburi Town. Leave Lopburi via the central plain of the kingdom for Phitsanulok. Late afternoon, arrival in Phitsanulok followed by a short visit of Wat Phra Sri Rattana Maha Dhat which houses the fine seated Buddha image “Phra Buddha Chinaraj”. Check in at The Grand Riverside Hotel. Overnight at The Grand Riverside Hotel.
Day 5 PHITSANULOKE - LAMPANG (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit the private Ethnic & Folklore Museum at the house of Mr. Thavee Buranakhet (closed on Monday). Transfer to Sukhothai to visit the Sukhothai Historical Park and its compound as well as Wat Sri Chum with its giant seated Buddha image. Depart Sukhothai via Sawankalok for Sri Satchanalai, a sister city of Sukhothai in the past, located by the Yom River. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit Sri Satchanalai Historical Park, a World Cultural Heritage, designated by UNESCO. Afterwards transfer to Lampang. Late afternoon, arrival in Lampang, followed by a horse carriage ride to visit Wat Phra Kaew Don Tao, one of the most revered Buddhist temples in town. Check in at the Wienglakor Hotel. Dinner & overnight at the Wienglakor Hotel.
Day 6 LAMPANG - CHIANG RAI (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, a short visit will be made to Baan Sao Nak, a Lanna-style wooden house with a lot of wooden pillars and Wat Chedi Sao with twenty cute pagodas. Depart Lampang for Phayao to visit Kwan Phayao, the largest Fresh Water Swamp in Thailand. Also visit Wat Sri Khom Kham, one of the finest Buddhist temples at the Phayao lake with a large, massive Buddha image. Depart Phayao for Chiang Rai with an opportunity to visit a colourful pineapple plantation en-route. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Chiang Rai. After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise on the Mae Kok River to visit the White Karen Hill tribe before checking in at Wiang Inn Hotel. Overnight at Wiang Inn Hotel

Day 7 CHIANG RAI - CHIANG MAI (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Mae Sai, the northernmost town in Thailand, bordering Myanmar. Enjoy strolling, shopping and bargaining at the local market of the town before leaving for the Golden Triangle. Visit the Golden Triangle, where the border of Thailand, Laos and Myanmar converge. Proceed to Chiang Saen to visit the 1st Ancient Empire of the “Tai Tribe” Kingdom by the Mae Khong River, as well as the Chiang Saen Museum and Wat Pa Sak. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, leave Chiang Saen for Chiang Mai via Chiang Rai and Wiang Pa Pao with an opportunity to visit the Hot Springs at Mae Kha Chan en-route. Arrival in Chiang Mai in the early evening and check-in at The Amity Green Hills Hotel. Overnight at The Amity Green Hills Hotel
Day 8 CHIANG MAI - BANGKOK (B)
After breakfast the rest of the day at leisure. In the early evening, transfer to Chiang Mai Railway Station for boarding the 2nd Class air-conditioned Express Train (Sleeper Berth) to Bangkok. All participants overnight on train and arrives Bangkok on the next day’s morning.
Day 9 ARRIVAL IN BANGKOK
Arrival in Bangkok (no breakfast) will be in the early morning. Transfer from Bangkok Railway Station (Hua Lam Pong Station) to your hotel in Bangkok, or to your next destination.
Day 9: Arrive Samui Arrive at Samui Airport. Welcome and transfer to the hotel (SIC). Accommodation at hotel in Samui.
Day 11: Samui (B) Breakfast at the hotel. Half-day Samui Island Tour (SIC):
Pick-up from the hotel and start off with Chaweng area, the most popular area of the island and admire a scenic panorama from a viewpoint where you see the white long sandy beach. Next we go to Lamai area where the highlight is Grandma & Grandpa Rock. Samui is also famous for its coconuts and the way the trained monkeys take the coconuts down from the tree. We will enjoy a demonstration of the monkeys plucking coconuts and also be impressed with what the monkeys can do. Then visit Namuang Waterfall and shop at the main town called "Na Thon" before our last visit at Big Buddha. After your wonderful tour, transfer back to the hotel

Day 12: Depart Samui (B) Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from hotel to Samui Airport for your onward flight to bangkok(SIC).
