It was good.
Hotel recommendations were perfect. Peach Hill was great and the upgraded room was well worth it. Would have been disappointed with the standard room. Amari was also perfect for its location. In Phuket, we ended up using a local firm to book sea canoeing, scuba and rappelling.
Bangkok was
Chatuchak and that "hi-tech" mall that I can't seem to recall right now. Chatuchak was incredible. Probably one of the highlights of the entire trip.
Ground transportation was disappointing. Dayna's pick up at Phuket was fine, although they expected me as their second passenger and didn't know that they only had one passenger. That left us wondering if we'd paid for two fares.
Our pickup at the airport in Bangkok didn't show up at all. We placed a number of calls to the local number you gave us and never found anyone to pick up the phone.
Stephens note..when transfer missconnect its usually due to folks walking around the airport instead of waiitng in the meet and greet area
