What this means is that  we offer discounted international air, with your choice of how many nights in each major city of choice, with the hotel category of choice (ie moderate to Deluxe, without day tours added in). Choose between a rental car (I have driven through Italy, and it is quite easy), or rail passes are another option. Select Tuscany/Umbria, Lake region, Venic, Rome, Florence, etc,and set your own pace. These are all quite easily done.
